We are energetic light beings. Unseen (mostly) to the human eye, we have an energetic aura surrounding our body. We have energy centers throughout our body. We react to and sense energy. We are made of energy.
When there is a blockage in our energy within the body, homeostasis is disrupted. This leads to pain, inflammation, disease. Blockages happen when we are disregulated- emotionally and/or spiritually. Physical ailments are caused by disruptions in our energy body.
